High-tenacity polyester coated on both sides and engineered as flame retardant to BS 5867. Dutarp's PVC line stays flexible, waterproof and UV-stable through the full Gulf summer — built for covers, curtains and shelters that can't afford to crack, sag or fade.
Available grades: Dutarp FR2102 (400GSM), FR2219 (420 GSM), PVC 2006 (580 GSM), PAF14 (550 GSM), FR PAF16 (580 GSM), FR PAA20 (680 GSM), B6000 (900 GSM), B7705 Blockout (850 GSM), B7195 (1100 GSM), Vantex PVC VT5 (900 GSM), Vantex PVDF VT5 (900 GSM), Vantex PVDF VT6 (1050 GSM).
Every PVC roll is coated on both faces of a high-tenacity polyester base, then heat-treated and UV-stabilised so it stays supple in extreme heat instead of stiffening, cracking or delaminating. The flame-retardant finish is tested to BS 5867, making it suitable for shelters, curtains and enclosures where fire safety is specified.
The base polyester is woven to spec, then run through a two-side PVC coating and lamination process. Every finished roll is cured, cooled and passed through quality control before it's cleared for cutting — so what leaves the facility already meets Gulf-condition tolerances, not just factory-default ones.
Beyond raw rolls, Dutarp's in-house design and cutting team can fabricate the finished item — covers, curtains or shelters — to your exact dimensions before it ships.
